data issues abroad , network connect but no internet

I switched from a physical sim to a eSIM with the same number. I’m currently aboard and I can’t use my data. I can context to a network but have no internet connection. 
 

I switched from a physical SIM to eSIM and now I have signal abroad but no mobile data. Can you reprovision my SIM and check roaming is fully enabled?

I understand that since switching from a physical SIM to an eSIM, you’re able to connect to a network abroad but are unable to access mobile data. I appreciate how frustrating this can be.

 

To help resolve this, please try the following steps:

  • Ensure your eSIM is active on your device by going to your mobile/network settings and confirming it is selected for mobile data
  • Check that Data Roaming is switched on in your phone settings
  • Toggle Airplane Mode on and off, or restart your device to refresh the connection
  • Manually select a network in your settings to see if this improves connectivity

     

If possible, please connect to Wi-Fi and try accessing your account via the mobile app to confirm everything is active on your profile.
