Why is data roaming not available on this number. I previously visited Currys with the same question and I was assured that it was then switched on.I am now in Portugal and I cannot access the Internet whist away from a wi-fi 'hot-spot'.  Please sort this immediately.

    Is the roaming feature turned on both on your phone and within the iD Mobile app as well?

    You can turn on the roaming feature in the iD Mobile app by following the steps below:

    Open the iD Mobile app and sign in
    Tap Plan at the bottom of the screen
    Scroll down to Manage your iD services
    Tap Manage your iD services
    Turn the Roaming toggle ON
    Tap Save to confirm
