Hi @Luna63,

Thanks for getting in touch I hope you’re enjoying your time in the USA.

I understand what you’re looking to do. Just to clarify, the 10-day roaming add-on is currently the longest duration we offer for roaming passes on iD Mobile.

🌍 Roaming add-ons

At the moment:

• The maximum single add-on available is 10 days
• There isn’t a 14-day or 2-week option available

✅ What you can do

If you need coverage for 2 weeks, you can:

• Purchase a 10-day add-on first, and then
• Buy another add-on once the first one expires

This will cover your full stay, just in two parts.

⚠️ Important – Set your Bill Cap

To avoid any unexpected charges while roaming, we strongly recommend setting your Bill Cap to £0.

📱 How to set your Bill Cap:
1. Log in to the iD Mobile app or your online account
2. Go to My Account
3. Select Billing / Manage Bill Cap
4. Set your Bill Cap to £0
5. Save your changes
