Thanks for getting in touch and we’re really sorry to hear your husband is experiencing issues with roaming in Germany, especially while travelling for work.

We understand how important it is to stay connected abroad.

As a reminder, the approved roaming partners in Germany are:

• Telekom
• Vodafone
• Telefónica (O2)

If he is already connected to Telekom but service has stopped working, we’d recommend manually trying each of the other available networks as well, as roaming connections can sometimes drop and require a switch between partners.

Please also ensure:

• Data Roaming is turned ON
• Airplane Mode is turned OFF (then toggled on and off again)
• The phone is restarted after selecting a network

Happened to me many times in the past.

ID mobile either didn’t pay the bill with German roaming providers or they have provisioning issues.

You can try manual network search and try Vodafone. 
 

It only happened in Germany, rest of Europe OK. 
 

The agents will keep you busy with some random company and paste troubleshooting which will do nothing except keep you busy.

I had issues just Friday and Saturday this week when I was in Germany. It’s only in Germany.
