Data Roaming in Germany

How do I use data when in Germany?

Hi @Aarooney11,

Germany is included in iD Mobile’s Inclusive Roaming destinations, so you can use your mobile data while you’re there.

Before travelling, please make sure:

Open the iD Mobile app.
Go to Plan > Manage your iD services.
Make sure Roaming is switched ON.
On your handset, make sure Mobile Data and Data Roaming are both switched ON.
Once you arrive in Germany, restart your phone and allow it a few minutes to connect to a local network.

If your phone doesn’t connect automatically, try manually searching for an available network through your Network Selection settings.
