Data Roaming in Portugal not working

I’m in Portugal,  connected to the MEO network, data roaming is enabled on the ID Mobile app and switched on in my iPhone 16.  Any idea why it’s not working?

    We're sorry to hear you're having trouble using your service in Portugal.

     

    Could you please try manually connecting to one of our supported roaming partners?

    • MEO
    • NOS
    • Vodafone

     

    To manually select a network on iPhone:

    1. Go to Settings > Mobile Service (or Cellular).
    2. Tap Network Selection.
    3. Turn Automatic off.
    4. Wait for the available networks to load.
    5. Select MEO, NOS, or Vodafone.

    If you're still unable to connect, we'd recommend performing a network settings reset:

    1. Go to Settings.
    2. Tap General.
    3. Select Transfer or Reset iPhone.
    4. Tap Reset.
    5. Choose Reset Network Settings.
    6. Your iPhone will restart afterwards.
