I was in Dublin,  republic of Ireland recently and had to get 1 day add- on’s.

If it’s Northern Ireland - Belfast, it’s included.

Hi @hannahmcdonald123,

Yes, you'll be able to use your calls, texts and data in Ireland as part of your plan, so there's no need to purchase any additional roaming add-ons.

Before you travel, we'd recommend setting your bill cap to £0.00 to help prevent any unexpected charges:

1. Open the iD Mobile app or log in to My Account.
2. Go to Bills.
3. Select Manage Bill Cap.
4. Set the cap to £0.00 and save the change.

When you arrive in Ireland, your phone should connect automatically. However, if you have any issues getting a signal, you may need to manually connect to one of our roaming partner networks:

• 3
• Vodafone
• Eir

To manually select a network:

iPhone

1. Go to Settings > Mobile Service > Network Selection.
2. Turn Automatic off.
3. Select 3, Vodafone or Eir.

Android

1. Go to Settings > Connections (or Network & Internet).
2. Tap Mobile Networks.
3. Select Network Operators.
4. Turn off Select Automatically.
5. Choose 3, Vodafone or Eir.

Have a great trip to Ireland!

Regards,

Gemma M
