My data wont work. I followed all self help tips. Still not working

We’re sorry to hear that your data roaming is still not working despite following the self-help troubleshooting steps.

 

Please ensure that roaming is enabled both on your iD Mobile account and within the handset settings.

To check roaming and Bill Cap on the iD Mobile app:

  • Log into the iD Mobile app
  • Go to “My Services”
  • Select “Roaming”
  • Ensure Roaming is enabled
  • Go to “Bill Cap”
  • Set the Bill Cap to £0 to help avoid unexpected out-of-plan charges whilst abroad

To enable roaming on your handset:

iPhone:

  • Settings
  • Mobile Data
  • Mobile Data Options
  • Turn “Data Roaming” ON

Android:

  • Settings
  • Connections / Mobile Networks
  • Turn “Data Roaming” ON

We would also recommend:

  • Restarting the handset
  • Turning Airplane Mode ON for 60 seconds, then OFF again
  • Manually selecting a network provider:
    • Settings
    • Mobile Networks
    • Network Operators
    • Turn automatic selection OFF
    • Try connecting to one of the supported partner networks manually

Please also ensure you are connected to a supported roaming partner network in the country you are visiting.

Still not working. I am really disappointed. What else can I do?
