Hi @Lucykneale04,

Thank you for reaching out.

We're sorry to hear that your roaming isn't working while you're in Greece.

Please make sure of the following:

• Your Bill Cap is set to £0.
• Roaming is enabled on your iD Mobile account through the iD Mobile app or My Account.
• Data Roaming is enabled in your handset settings.
• Your handset is connected to one of our preferred roaming partners in Greece:
  • Wind Hellas
  • Cosmote

If your phone doesn't automatically connect, please try manually selecting one of the above networks through your handset's network selection settings, then restart your handset and test the service again.

If you've completed the above steps and you're still unable to use your service, please contact us via Live Chat or send us a direct message through one of our social media platforms, and we'll be happy to investigate further.
