data roaming not working in Singapore

Hi, I’ve purchased the 10 day data bolt on for Singapore I’ve turned roaming on, reset network settings and tried turning phone on and off but it still doesn’t work, could anyone help please? This also happened to me last year in Albania, there doesn’t seem to be a customer services number and the live chat doesn’t work. This is probably the worst mobile provider I’ve ever been with and will be cancelling when I get back

Thanks for getting in touch and we’re sorry to hear you’re having issues with your data add-on in Singapore.

 

We understand how frustrating this must be, especially after already trying multiple troubleshooting steps.

 

Please can we ask you to also check that you are connected to one of our approved roaming partners in Singapore:

  • Singtel
  • StarHub
  • M1

 

We’d recommend manually selecting each of these networks in your phone’s network settings, then restarting your device after each attempt to test the connection.

 

Also please ensure:

  • Data Roaming is switched ON
  • Mobile Data is enabled
  • Airplane Mode is turned off and restarted
  • All necessary features is turned on
