im currently in Washington D.C and my roaming isnt working, ive purchased additinal data but still i cant get any roaming, it says my allowance is 207G which is more than my 110G, meaning that its added the extra data charges, but still isnt working, can anyone help?
The USA isn’t included as a roaming destination, so you won’t get to use any of your plans included allowances while travelling there. You need to purchase a Roam Beyond add-on.

Tip: To avoid out-of-plan charges when you land, it's best to purchase your Roam Beyond add-on while you're still in the UK. Alternatively, once you reach your destination, keep mobile data turned off until you can connect to Wi-Fi and buy an add-on.
