Unfortunately, once a roaming add-on has been purchased, we're unable to cancel it, remove it, refund it, or change the start date. Roaming add-ons become active from the date they were purchased and can't be moved to a future date.

As you've purchased the Turkey roaming add-on in error and would prefer it to start on 24 August 2026, I'm afraid we won't be able to amend the existing add-on.

For future travel, we'd recommend purchasing any roaming add-ons as close as possible to your departure date to ensure you get the full benefit of the allowance during your trip.

We apologise for any disappointment this may cause.
