Data roaming won't work in USA

Having bought a data add on and everything being switched on (i.e. phone has roaming enabled and the account settings say it’s enabled), data services don’t work!

Attempted to search for alternative network providers - still doesn’t work. So the £20 data add-on is a waste of money and instead had to buy eSIM data package.

I’m sorry your data add-on isn’t working despite roaming being enabled, I understand how frustrating this must be. Please try the following:
 

Restart your phone.

Ensure mobile data and data roaming are turned on.

Check network selection is set to Automatic.

Toggle airplane mode on for 30 seconds, then off.

All these have been tried to no avail, can I get the £20 refunded?
