data roaming wont work Montenegro

I have an iPhone 17 pro max, travelled to Croatia and my phone worked as usual as roaming was included, roaming is switched on on the phone and on idmobile app. I bought an add on for Montenegro however it does not work, I cannot use data to search for anything online

    Hi ​@JESSCRAMOYSAN,

     

    I am sorry you are having trouble getting your mobile data working in Montenegro, especially as your phone worked normally in Croatia and you have already purchased the relevant roaming add-on.

    As roaming is switched on both on your iPhone and your iD Mobile account, please try the following:

    • Go to Settings → Mobile Data → Network Selection and turn Automatic off.
    • Your iPhone should show the available local networks. Try selecting a different network and then test your mobile data.
    • If that does not work, try another available local network.
    • Turn Airplane Mode on for around 60 seconds, then switch it off.
    • Restart your iPhone and test your mobile data again.
