Hello can you help me. My mobile data has stopped working in Cyprus.

Hi @DJB1995,

We're sorry to hear your mobile data has stopped working while you're in Cyprus.

We'd recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps:

Turn Airplane Mode on for around 30 seconds, then switch it back off.
Restart your phone.
Check that Data Roaming is enabled in your phone's settings.
Make sure Mobile Data is turned on.
Manually select one of our roaming partners in Cyprus. The available partners are:
- Epic
- Cyta
- Primetel
Reset your network settings if the issue continues.
