Hi, I turned off mobile data and data roaming before leaving uk but still have a data charge appear now I’m in Tunisia , how can this be please ?

Hi there @John Downes, you will need to ensure roaming is off via your phone’s own settings and the iD Mobile app/website. We’d also recommend changing your bill cap to £0.00 to ensure no charges can be taken and you don’t connect at all.Thanks,Tyler
