Thank you for reaching out, and I'd be happy to clarify what you'll need to do before travelling to Antalya, Turkey.

Please note that Turkey isn't included within the EU roaming destinations, so roaming usage there may be chargeable depending on your plan.

To help prevent unexpected roaming charges, we'd strongly recommend setting your Bill Cap to £0 before you travel. This will prevent chargeable out-of-plan usage if your handset connects to a roaming network.

If you need mobile data while in Turkey, we also offer data roaming add-ons that you can purchase through the iD Mobile app. Please note that these add-ons cover data only. Calls and texts while roaming are separate and may incur additional charges.

We'd recommend checking your plan and available roaming add-ons in the iD Mobile app before you travel, and making sure your roaming settings are correctly configured.
