Hi I am one of many people stranded in Phuket. I did put a £20 data bolt on but have hardly needed to use any of it so feel I've wasted my money on this especially as it expires today. This morning I had to make an emergency call to the UK as my flight was cancelled meaning my mobile costs are sky rocketing. Is there anything ID Mobile can do to help ease the burden in cases such as these when customers are stranded in a foreign country through no fault if they're own. Any help would be appreciated.
