If you’re calling a Spain number while you’re in Spain, please make sure that the roaming feature is enabled both on your handset and on your iD Mobile account. You’ll also need to be connected to one of our roaming partners in Spain — Yoigo or Movistar.

If you’re calling abroad while in the UK, this won’t be considered roaming. Instead, it will be charged at standard international rates. In this case, please ensure that the international feature is enabled on your account and that your spend cap is set high enough to allow the call.
