Hi, can you please let me know what my allowance will be when travelling in France? I have read the guidance on EU roaming but unfortunately can't make any sense of it.

    Hi ​@taylaruddy,

     

    When travelling in France, you'll be able to use up to 30GB of data from your UK allowance at no extra cost.

     

    Your usual calls, texts and data can be used while you're in France, subject to our roaming policy, with the roaming data allowance capped at 30GB per billing month.

     

    To help prevent any unexpected charges, we'd recommend setting your bill cap to £0.00 before you travel in the iD Mobile app or My Account.
