eu roaming issues after leaving Switzerland

So I crossed in to Switzerland. Thankfully only £5 spend cap but now I'm back in Germany I can't get my id SIM to work. My phone shows in on a German network but no calls messages or data?

    Thanks for posting, roaming can sometimes get “stuck” on a partner network after crossing borders, even when you’re back in a country where iD should work.

     

    Please try connecting to either Telekom or O2 in Germany, then run through these steps:

     

    • Restart your device to refresh your connection to the network.
    • Turn Airplane Mode on for around 30 seconds, then turn it off again.
    • Check that your mobile data is switched on (if you’re experiencing data issues).
    • Remove your SIM card, gently wipe it with a clean, dry cloth, reinsert it, and restart your device.
    • Check that your device software is fully up to date.
    • Reset your network settings to refresh your device’s connection to the network.

     

    After doing this, check whether you can make calls, send texts, and use data. If it still won’t work, message us via live chat with your current location and the network names you see, and we’ll check roaming on our side.
