We're sorry to hear your daughter is having trouble using her phone while in Germany.

Could you please check whether she's connected to one of our roaming partners? In Germany, these are:

• Telekom
• Vodafone
• Telefónica (O2)
   

She can manually select a network by following the steps below.

For iPhone:

• Open Settings.
• Tap Mobile Service (or Cellular).
• Select Network Selection.
• Turn Automatic off.
• Wait for the available networks to appear, then select Telekom, Vodafone, or Telefónica (O2).

For Android:
(These steps may vary slightly depending on the device.)

• Open Settings.
• Tap Connections or Network & Internet.
• Select Mobile Networks.
• Tap Network Operators.
• Turn Select Automatically off.
• Wait for the available networks to appear, then select Telekom, Vodafone, or Telefónica (O2).
