I’m going to Benidorm tomorrow. What do I do about my data roaming I’m on unlimited

    Hi ​@Danf22,

     

    As you're travelling to Benidorm, Spain, you're covered by our Roam Free service.

     

    Before you travel, just make sure:

    • Data Roaming is switched on in your phone's settings.
    • Roaming is enabled in the iD Mobile app or My Account.
    • Your bill cap is set to £0.00 to help prevent any unexpected charges.

     

    As you're on an unlimited data plan, you can currently use your full UK data allowance in Spain under our temporary roaming policy, as well as your UK minutes and texts.
