Hi @Keefyc,

Great news! Tenerife is an inclusive roaming destination with iD Mobile, so you won't need to purchase any additional data add-ons. You'll be able to use your UK allowance while you're there, subject to our fair usage policy.

To help prevent any unexpected out-of-plan charges, we'd recommend setting your bill cap to £0.00 before you travel.

To do this:

Log in to the iD Mobile app or your online account.
Go to Bills.
Select Manage Bill Cap.
Set the bill cap to £0.00.

To get the best possible service while you're in Greece, please make sure you're connected to one of our roaming partners:

Yoigo
Movistar

On iPhone:

• Go to Settings > Mobile Service (or Mobile Data) > Network Selection
• Turn Automatic off.
• Wait for the available networks to appear and select one of the partners listed above.

On Android:

•  Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators.
• Turn Select Automatically off.
• Wait for the available networks to appear and select one of the partners listed above.

We hope you have a fantastic trip!
