I've enabled international calls, I've upped my spend cap to £10 but I still can't call someone

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble making international calls.

 

As you’ve already enabled international calling and increased your spend cap, the next step we’d recommend is trying a network reset on your device, as this can often resolve calling issues caused by network registration or connection settings.

 

You can usually do this by:

  • Turning your phone off and back on
  • Toggling Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then back off
  • Resetting your network settings within your device settings

 

It’s also worth noting that the issue may not necessarily be on your side. In some cases, the number or network you are trying to call internationally may be unavailable, restricted, or experiencing issues receiving incoming calls.

 

To help narrow this down, please try calling a different international number to see whether the same problem occurs. If other international calls work normally, this would suggest the issue is likely specific to the original number you’re trying to reach.
