Help with error on roaming add on

Hi ID mobile. Yesterday I added a roaming bundle to my account as I am abroad. However I have 2 sims with you, one for me and one for my daughters. I accidently added the bundle to her sim (and she isn't travelling with me) I have then added the bundle correctly to my sim. 

 

Please can I request a refund of the £20 bundle i added to her sim and just retain the bundle on my sim. I have paid £20 for the bundle I need I dont really want to pay the additional £20 for a roaming bundle for someone not travelling. 

 

Totally appreciate this is my error but would appreciate your help

Hi I did an add on a few minutes ago for roaming in SA. For 10 days but my flight is on Sunday. And it just said it's activated already. Can it be delayed or cancelled ? Thanks

Can it be postponed as it didn't say it was active now. Thanks

As I thought it would only be activated when I arrived in South Africa. That would be logical

Hi there ​@danzo1979, the add-on becomes active from the moment you order it, so it can’t be postponed or changed I’m afraid.

 

We only advise to purchase the add-ons just before you go abroad, or when you get there where possible.
