Hi ID mobile. Yesterday I added a roaming bundle to my account as I am abroad. However I have 2 sims with you, one for me and one for my daughters. I accidently added the bundle to her sim (and she isn't travelling with me) I have then added the bundle correctly to my sim.
Please can I request a refund of the £20 bundle i added to her sim and just retain the bundle on my sim. I have paid £20 for the bundle I need I dont really want to pay the additional £20 for a roaming bundle for someone not travelling.
Totally appreciate this is my error but would appreciate your help
