Help with making calls to international numbers

I am trying to call companies which are outside of the UK but i keep getting an automated ID mobile message saying I have reached my cap limit? but i have unlimited minutes

    We are sorry for any inconvenience caused, and we understand how frustrating this must be.

    Kindly note that your unlimited minutes only apply to UK numbers. In order to make international calls, you’ll need to ensure that your bill cap is not set to £0.00, as international calls and any services not included in your plan are charged against your bill cap.

    Once your bill cap is adjusted accordingly, you should be able to make international calls without any issues.
