Hi, I have paid £20 roaming charge for my number { REMOVED } to use in Turkey, today.  Unfortunately I am not getting the Internet access in Turkey. Could you please help?

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your data in Turkey, I can understand how frustrating that is, especially after adding roaming. Let’s try to get this sorted for you.

 

In Turkey, you’ll need to manually connect to one of our partner networks. Please go into your network settings and select one of the following:

  • Turkcell
  • AVEA (Türk Telekom)
  • Turk Telekom

If one doesn’t connect properly, try another from the list.

 

Once you’ve done that, it’s also a good idea to refresh your connection by doing a network reset:

  • iPhone: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings
  • Android: Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings (may vary slightly by device)

After that, restart your phone and try using mobile data again.

 

If it’s still not working after trying all of the above, please let us know and we’ll take a closer look for you.
