Hi, I have paid £20 roaming charge toady to use my number in Turkey for 5 days.  Unfortunately I am not getting the Internet access in Turkey. Could you please help?

Hi, I have paid £20 roaming charge today to use my mobile number in Turkey for 5 days.  Unfortunately I am not getting the Internet access in Turkey. Could you please tell me why I  am not getting  id service in Turkey even after I paid.

Thank you for your post. I am sorry to hear you’re having trouble using your roaming in Turkey. I know how frustrating that can be after you’ve already added the £20 roaming allowance.

 

Could you please try the following steps:

  • Restart your device
  • Make sure data roaming is switched on in your phone settings and in the iD Mobile app, go to Plan > Manage iD Services > ensure the ‘Roaming’ toggle is turned on iD Mobile app
  • Then manually connect to the local network Avea

 

Once you’ve done this, please try connecting again and let us know if it still isn’t working and we’ll help you further.
