How can I call the Uk from Colombia?

I'll be in Colombia for some time but will need to call and be called from the UK, can I have this with ID? From what I see there is no add on for calls, only for data, is this true? If I can't make and receive calls to/from the UK with ID while I am in Colombia, how can I do it? Thanks

    Hi @Nnbb,

    Kindly note that in order to make use of your services such as calls and texts in Colombia, you will need to increase your bill cap as we do not have any deals or bundles that allow you to use those services outside of our 50 EU roaming countries.

    You are able to increase your bill cap by following the below step, but please refer to the website (https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/international-and-roaming-charges) to view the cost of making use of your iD Mobile services whilst there.

    Below are the roaming charges for Colombia:

    Calls to UK* £3.60
    Calls to Colombia* £3.60
    Calls received* £1.50
    Texts to Colombia** £0.60
    Texts to UK** £0.60
    Picture message (MMS) sent** £0.60
    Internet and Data (per MB)*** £3.60

    * Price per minute

    ** Please note: MMS charges vary. For further information, refer to Terms & Conditions. If you joined or upgraded on or before 20th June 2023 the MMS cost is £0.30 per message for Roaming within EU Bands 1 and 2.

    *** Data is charged or deducted in one kilobyte (KB) increments and any part KB used will be rounded up to the nearest KB

    **** The charges below will apply to all Pay-as-you-go customers starting from 1st October 2024. Find out more about the current charges here.

    Prices shown include VAT where applicable.
