How do I find how much roaming data I have left when I’m on Unlimited Data?

Help please!

I’m on an Unlimited Data plan, sp how do I track how much Roaming Data I have used when in Europe. There is a 30GB monthly cap, but seemingly no way of knowing much of this I have used each day abroad.

Thanks for your message.

 

There is currently no 30GB EU roaming cap in place, and you can use your normal UK data allowance while roaming in Europe at no extra cost (subject to fair use policy).

 

This means your roaming usage simply comes from your regular unlimited data plan, and there isn’t a separate roaming allowance or daily tracker for EU usage.

 

You can still monitor your overall usage by:

  • Logging into the iD Mobile app
  • Going to Usage or Bills
  • Viewing your data usage breakdown

 

This will show your total data usage, which includes any usage while roaming.
