How to Call Scandinavia

How do I call Norway with ID mobile.  I have just bought add-on, to be taken out with next bill, but unable to get it to go into calling outside UK.

    We’re very sorry to hear that you’re having trouble making international calls, we understand how frustrating that can be.

    Please note that add-ons do not cover international calls. To make these calls, you’ll need to ensure that your bill cap is not set to £0.00, as international calls and other services not included in your plan are charged against your bill cap.

    If your bill cap is already set and you’re still unable to make calls, please check that your roaming features are enabled in the iD Mobile app.
