I am in Hungary and I am unable to make or receive any calls.

    Hi ​@Kereknorbi ,

     

    I’m sorry to hear you’re unable to make or receive calls while in Hungary. This is usually caused by roaming restrictions or limits on your account. Please try the following:

    Ensure roaming is switched ON in your phone settings.

    Check your CAP/usage limit – sometimes you need to raise it above £12 to use roaming services.

    Restart your phone and ensure your iD Mobile SIM is inserted correctly.
     

    If the issue continues, you can get a replacement SIM:

    In-store: Visit any Carphone Warehouse or Currys for an immediate SIM replacement and activation.

    By post: We can send a new SIM via Royal Mail (2 working days).
