i am unabke to make call to spain. i have purchased add on and would like to cancel this

I purchase add on but unable to make an international call

    We're sorry to hear you're having trouble making international calls after purchasing the add-on.

     

    Please try the following:

    • Make sure International and Premium services are enabled on your iD Mobile account.
    • Ensure you're dialling the number in the correct international format. For example, if you're calling Spain, dial +34 (or 0034) followed by the phone number, omitting the leading 0 if there is one.
    • Restart your phone.
    • Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it back off.
    • If you're abroad, make sure you're connected to one of our supported roaming partners and that Data Roaming is enabled (if applicable).

     

    If you've tried all of the above and you're still unable to make international calls, please contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat so they can investigate further.
