i bought roaming for my trip but was activated immediately instead of the dates pf my trip

Hello, I have a trip coming up in 5 days and so tried to add 10 days of roaming in that country to my plan, I thought it would either ask me my dates or begin when I started roaming in the country but instead it applied itself to my plan instantly, very odd. What can I do to change the dates for this roaming package?

Thank you for your post. I understand the confusion, as this isn't the most intuitive way for it to work.

Unfortunately, we're not able to cancel this or adjust the dates once purchased, the roaming package becomes effective from the moment it's bought rather than from a selected start date.

We'd recommend keeping this in mind for future roaming purchases, and timing the purchase closer to your departure date.
