I’m sorry for the confusion regarding the data add-on.

Unfortunately, once an add-on has been purchased, it activates immediately and cannot be cancelled, transferred or refunded.

If you’re travelling within one of our 50 Inclusive Roaming destinations, you don’t need to purchase a separate roaming data add-on. You can use the data included within your normal iD Mobile monthly allowance, up to the 30GB Inclusive Roaming limit.
