i brought e sim which wotked yesterday but today no imternet data at all

E sim purchased yesterday for 10 days . Today was working but today not working at all .

It is still not working . I cannot access my  e sim . Total waste of £20 

I will never do this again .  I can’t contact my children . I am very frustrated and upset and would like my £20 to be refunded please

Could you please confirm whether the eSIM is not working, or if the roaming add-on you purchased is not working?

If you are roaming, could you also advise which country you are currently in?

I am in turkey . 
I don’t understand what the problem is . I brought an add on via I.d mobile app for £20 . The first day it worked perfect but next day and since then I have 4 g but it doesn’t let me access emails or watts app or send text message . So it is useless to me . I have to keep walking 1 hr to my friends house to use her wifi

Please could you try manually connecting to the mobile network Turk Telekom and see if the services works?
