Hi - trying to connect to a live agent to discuss permanent roaming options but the form i need to submit (address, post code and last bill amount) doesn’t submit. The Customer Service PIN I’m also asked for doesn’t show on the ‘View your plans’ in the iD Mobile app. Can someone please assist with this ASAP Thanks
