I can't connect to live agent

Hi - trying to connect to a live agent to discuss permanent roaming options but the form i need to submit (address, post code and last bill amount) doesn’t submit.

 

The Customer Service PIN I’m also asked for doesn’t show on the ‘View your plans’ in the iD Mobile app.

 

Can someone please assist with this ASAP

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box to bypass the chatbot.

Hi ​@AvalonRanger  sorry to hear you were unable to reach us in our live chat. Can I ask what you mean by permanent roaming? As we do have to apply our fair usage policy to those who are roaming for long periods of time, so I am unsure we will be able to offer what you are looking for?
