I can't see the remaining gigabytes while roaming.

The chatbot didn't give a clear answer. The programmers did a very poor job of designing this website.I can't see how many gigabytes are used and how much is left in the app. How can I do this? The chatbot never knows anything.

Sorry to hear you’ve had a frustrating experience, I understand how important it is to easily see your data usage.

 

Just to clarify, there isn’t a separate breakdown for roaming data. Any data you use while roaming will be included within your normal data allowance, so it will show in the same place as your regular usage.

 

To check how much data you’ve used and what’s left, you can:

  • Open the iD Mobile app or log into your account online
  • Go to Usage / Data usage
  • There you’ll see your total remaining data allowance, which includes both UK and roaming usage

 

If you’re not seeing this correctly in the app, it may help to log out and back in, or reinstall the app to refresh the information.
