i have come to spain and i cant get signal and I’ve turned data roaming on in the app and my iPhone phone 14

Hi ​@Sibloor,

 

We're sorry to hear you're unable to get a signal in Spain.

 

As you've already enabled roaming both in the iD Mobile app and on your iPhone, we'd recommend manually selecting one of our supported roaming partners in Spain:

  • Orange
  • Play
  • Plus
  • T-Mobile

 

To do this on your iPhone:

  • Go to Settings > Mobile Service > Network Selection
  • Turn Automatic off
  • Wait for the available networks to load, then try selecting one of the networks above.

If you're still unable to connect after trying each network, please let us know and we'll be happy to help further.
