Do you know I don’t even understand how this site works. I am so ready to just chuck it. My Sony phone has died. Bought a new Galaxy A17. I went to Curry’s. Asked for help. Girl used existing sim. Got home. Nothing. I have no contact with the outside world. So I’d like ID Mobile to send me a replacement sim. I am going to work now - where I really do need a phone - but I won’t be able to call the hot line or whatever hoops I need to jump through. I am Steve Bell. My number is {REMOVED} It would be really good if someone came back and said don’t worry, your new sim is on the way to you.
