If you need to receive calls while in Turkey, you’ll need to make sure roaming is enabled and that your Bill Cap is increased enough to allow chargeable usage. If your Bill Cap is set to £0, chargeable calls won’t work.

To check or change your Bill Cap:

1. Log in to the iD Mobile app or My Account.
2. Go to Bills.
3. Select Manage bill cap.
4. Increase the cap to an amount that will allow the required roaming charges.
5. Save your changes.

Please be aware that receiving calls while in Turkey is chargeable, so we recommend checking the roaming rates before using the service.
