I purchased 10GB add-on whilst in Turkey and it didn't work.

Hi,

I was in Turkey and purchased a 10GB data add-on for £20. Unfortunately, it didn't work and I couldn't use any of the data. I only had one network to choose from (Turkcell). 

I'm now back in the UK and would like a refund, please.

Hey there ​@ivanpregnolato, we’re very sorry to hear it didn’t work, and of course can look to refund given we check and there was no usage. Can you confirm, has your add-on expired? If not, when does it expire please?

 

We can only look to refund once it’s completed it’s course.

I bought a £20 data pack to use in turkey I've paid the bill but it didn't work I want it refunded plz you should be able to see from your side that I didn't use this
