Question

If I upgrade my account, do I retain roaming?

I’m thinking of upgrading my sim only account with ID Mobile. But I can’t see any info on whether my new contract will keep the same roaming? I’ve been with ID Mobile for many years, and currently I get free roaming included. But I’m worried if I change to a different sim only contract, the roaming aspect might be deleted, and I’d j=have to buy add-ons whenever I travel abroad. I’m in the UK and being able to ‘roam like home’ when I go on holidays is brilliant.

Please could somebody from ID Mobile confirm if I’ll keep ‘Roam from Home’ if I change my contract with you?

Many thanks :-)

    Hi @BridgeBridge

Roaming will be included in any contract you switch to, as long as you are referring to the 50 EU Roaming countries. Yes, it stays included if you decide to upgrade.

    Thank you.

I am considering going to  Pay Monthly SIM only from my previous Pay Monthly with Phone.  Will this also include Go Roam?

    Hi @Crumpit,

I can confirm that if you upgrade to a sim only this will include roaming as all iD mobile plans include this.

    Thanks,
    Hosai
