im in france but cannot get on to id mobile

I’m on holiday in Reims in France, and can’t connect to ID mobile data or mobile phone service, have I got to do something in the phone settings.. ?

    Hi ​@Pete2000 ,

     

    I understand how frustrating it is not to have service while abroad. Here are a few things to check on your phone while in France:

    -Roaming is turned on – Go to your phone’s settings and make sure data roaming is enabled.

    -Network selection – Set your network to automatic so your phone can connect to a local network.

    -Restart your phone – Sometimes a simple restart helps your phone pick up the network.

    -Check your plan – Make sure your iD Mobile plan includes roaming in France and that you haven’t reached any limits.
