Hi ​@BEHH,

 

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with your mobile data whilst in France.

 

We’d recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps first:

  • Ensure Data Roaming is switched ON in your phone settings
  • Turn Airplane Mode ON for 30 seconds, then OFF again
  • Restart the device completely
  • Check that mobile data is enabled
  • Try manually selecting the network rather than leaving it on Automatic

 

In France, we’d recommend manually connecting to one of the following supported networks:

  • Orange
  • Free Mobile
  • BYTEL or BOUYGTEL

 

To manually select the network (Android & iPhone):

  • Go to Settings
  • Open Mobile Network / Cellular / Connections
  • Select Network Operators
  • Turn Automatic OFF
  • Wait for the available networks to load
  • Select Orange, Free Mobile, or BYTEL/Bouygues Telecom

 

If the issue continues, we’d also recommend performing a network reset:

iPhone

  • Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings

Android

  • Settings > General Management/System > Reset > Reset Network Settings

Please note this will remove saved WiFi and Bluetooth connections.

 

Once completed, restart the device again and test the connection.
