in Turkey, no data roaming

I’m in Turkey, I’ve bought a 10 day roaming package which is active according to the idmobile site, but I’m not getting any data.

 

roaming is enabled in my iphone and on my plan

I’ve reset network settings and followed all the steps on the FAQ

the only mobile network I see is Turkcell

 

what can I do? Thanks!

    ​@User8642  As I'm aware you should be able to connect and roam onto these partners while in Turkey. This also department where abouts you are in Turkey to which provider you may receive.

    Use a manual search for available network's and not auto in your phone's settings. 

    • Vodafone: An iD Mobile roaming partner in Turkey.
    • Avea (TT&TİM): Another iD Mobile roaming partner.
    • Turkcell: You may also be able to manually connect to Turkcell.
