Incorrect Roaming Add on Charges

The most appalling service I’ve ever received, unfortunately I’ve not been in my contact for long but looking at a way of leaving. Travelling Albania paid for the 1 day and 5 day add on separately. The 5 day add on has been accurately applied to my account but the 1 day one wasn’t (even though I received a text to say it was working and it said it on the app). Instead ID are trying to charge me £45 for roaming charges on top of the £20 I’ve already paid. The £5 charge isn’t there. The first person I spoke to on customer service said “you are liable and have to pay”, the second person said I couldn’t have this resolved until my bill comes through, the third said the same then ended the chat. They also told me to set a calendar reminder for when my bill comes through to remind me to contact them. So I’m wasting more time on trying to resolve an issue that isn’t my fault. No one is willing to help or support. Have seen across the ID Community about lots of others being incorrectly charged. Has anyone else managed to resolve this issue (as well as leave after such poor service)
