International call incoming unsolicited. Showing as outgoing international call

Hi ​@Geoffrey Allsopp if you are having trouble with a spam caller, you can block this number in your settings. 

If you need help with this, can you please let us know what phone you are using?

I have already blocked the number. My concern is how it is registered as an outgoing call and potentially me being charged. I am aware this is feasible and it worries me
