International calls when already abroad

I’m travelling around Europe in a campervan and I need to know how much it costs to call Australia. 
This doesn’t appear to be covered by “roaming “ as I’m not calling to the UK. It also doesn’t appear to be covered by “international dialling “ as I’m not making the call from the UK. 
can anyone explain the charges to me please?

    You're correct that this isn't covered by your inclusive roaming allowance or the Call Abroad Add-on, as you're making an international call while roaming.

     

    If you're travelling in our inclusive European roaming destinations and want to call Australia, the following charges apply:

    • Calls to the UK: £1.68 per minute
    • Calls to Australia: £1.68 per minute
    • Calls received: £1.50 per minute
